INDICATIONS FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE SWITZERLAND
The showed prices are VAT excl. Customs duties equal to the rate in force, and any additional costs in your country of residence will be payable to the Courier. Please contact your local customs office or respective tax authority for more information.
Return & Exchange Policy
Items must be returned intact and unused, with the original packaging and documents included. Be careful when trying out purchases so that you can return them in the same condition. Returns that do not meet our standards will not be accepted.
Your returned item must arrive no later than 7 days from the delivery date, as on the postmark.
Once your return has been received and accepted, the refund will be completed via the original payment method.
For returns, contact us at customercare.dfartelier@gmail.com indicating your order number. We will send you all the data relating the return address. Shipping costs are charged to the customer.
Personalized items and on request
Given the nature of the personalized items and the fact that they are packaged exclusively for you, we cannot accept their return unless they are damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
Defective items
Our goal is that all products arrive in optimal conditions and that each customer is always satisfied with his purchase. If you should receive a defective, damaged or non-matching item on the description on the site, please contact us immediately, so that we can arrange the return and activate the refund procedure.
